This notice explains what you share through HelloWebsite’s inquiry form and how we use it to discuss your website project.

What the form collects

The form asks for your name, email address, business name and type, preferred website package, support option, and an optional message. It also records your consent to be contacted, the submission time, and a random reference number.

Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information in your inquiry.

How we use your inquiry

We use these details to review your request, discuss your website needs, and contact you about the project. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing, place an order, or take payment.

Where your details are stored

Inquiry records are stored in a hosted Cloudflare D1 database and made available to HelloWebsite’s owner through a protected inbox. The public website does not display your inquiry.

This site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting infrastructure. These providers may process operational information needed to run and secure the website. Owner access uses the hosting platform’s sign-in. Some website pages load fonts from Google Fonts. HelloWebsite has not added advertising trackers.

Keeping your information

We keep inquiry information for handling your request and related correspondence. There is no fixed automatic deletion schedule. You can request a correction or deletion using the process below.

Corrections and deletion requests

Use the inquiry form with the same email address and include “Privacy request” in your message, or reply to an existing conversation with HelloWebsite. Tell us which information you would like corrected or deleted. We may need to verify that the request is yours before making changes.
